Burmese militia drone countermeasures don't work

This quick clip shows a member of an anti-government militia unit in Burma (Myanmar) as he deploys an anti-drone jammer or "manpack" to defend against incoming Junta FPV drones, which are quickly becoming as ubiquitous in that conflict as in others. Unfortunately for the anti-government forces, these jammers do not appear to work. As one drone watches on, another, armed drone slams into his position, and in all likelihood kills him. EW is a constant game of cat-and-mouse, and now that drones so often carry payloads, the stakes have increased dramatically.
