Civilians record massive airstrike in Jabalia

Cell phone footage captured by a Palestinian civilian shows an Israeli airstrike against what is believed to be a position occupied by Hamas fighters or Palestinian Islamic Jihadists in Jabalia, just four kilometers north of Gaza City. The reason Palestinian civilians are able to capture such amazing videos of airstrikes being carried out against targets in the region is because Israeli forces conduct a collateral damage mitigating procedure called "Roof Knocking" which lets civilians in the area know that they are about to conduct an airstrike.
