Cluster munition inflicts casualty in Israel

Street security footage, reportedly recorded in central Israel, shows an impact of an Iranian missile cluster bomb submunition in the middle of a road where a pedestrian happens to be walking. The unlucky man appears alive but seriously wounded by the blast fragmentation.
