Concrete shelters installed ahead of Victory Day

Footage recorded in Belgorod, Russia shows the installation of multiple concrete shelters around the city ahead of the Victory Day holiday. For the last few weeks, both Russia and Ukraine have been posturing back and fourth about strikes taking place inside of Russia during Russia's Victory Day holiday.
