Fancy twirly leads to negligent discharge

Location unknown, though this appears to be some sort of checkpoint. Some dude dressed as a waiter in a poor-quality Italian restaurant engages in fancy twirly shenanigans with his shotgun. The resulting negligent discharge removes much of his clothing and likely emptied his bladder. In a cultural note, some use the term “accidental discharge,” while the U.S. Marine Corps uses “negligent discharge.” The Marine Corps does not believe in accidents, and maintains that the boom stick will not go “boom” if you keep your booger picker off the bang switch. Therefore, if your firearm discharges when you did not intend to do so, it is because you were a negligent piece of crap.
