Russian civilian records Ukrainian drone assassination

This footage, provided by a Russian civilian's dash cam, shows a Ukrainian quad rotor drone being used to attack what appears to be a non-military vehicle in Belgorod. Dated 01 February 2026, this appears to be a targeted assassination of some kind, rather than terror tactics, given that the drone passes over the observer's car to hit the one in front. That said, no data or information has yet been provided about the target. While Ukraine has mostly avoided deliberate attacks on civilians, targeted killings are very much in their wheelhouse and both local partisans and inserted Intelligence Directorate teams have been in play in Belgorod.
