Russian killed after failing to surrender

GoPro footage recorded at an unknown point in time shows a Ukrainian sabotage unit conducting a rapid assault on a Russian held building. The Russians, who appear to have been caught completely off guard, are given ample time to surrender as the Ukrainian troops take control of the building that the Russians are occupying. The first Russian refuses to surrender to the Ukrainians, resulting in him being killed by a fragmentation grenade. After that first salvo of gun fire, the other two Russians inside of the building make the wise decision to surrender instead of being killed by the infiltration team. It's unclear where this was filmed.
