Russian neutralized at close range
Drone footage from the Ukrainian 63rd Mechanized Brigade shows a close quarters battle for an entrenched fighting position. Two Ukrainian troops approach a known-occupied bunker, and one throws a grenade inside.It appears that the Russian was aware of what was happening, as he bursts out as soon as the grenade is thrown. The Ukrainian now loses sight of the Russian, so he blind fires to suppress, but knows better than to stick his head over the berm.The aggressor Ukrainian's partner isn't much help as he blind fires to suppress, but nearly zaps his buddy in the back. Eventually the Ukrainian figures out where the Russian is and goes in for the kill. The incident reportedly took place along the Lyman front.
