Sagaing PDF group tests baby hell cannon

Footage recorded by a small PDF group in the Budalin Township of the Sagaing Region in Myanmar shows a test fire operation with a homemade cannon system. According to the source of the footage, the test fire was conducted against a military position in the area, but it's unclear how effective the attack was.
