Thai soldier randomly fires a rocket

Footage recorded during the December Cambodia-Thailand conflict shows a random Thai soldier choosing to fire a rocket with absolutely no context, and I am here for it. To be honest, I can't even for sure say he's firing it at Cambodian positions. It's not every day you have the chance to randomly shoot a rocket in the direction of a neighboring country, so we'll let him have this one.
