Ukrainian rangers stack North Koreans
This footage, provided by Ukraine's 6th Ranger Regiment, shows an operation in Kurshchyna, Kursk. Although released 24 April, 2025, the action herein is purported to have occurred a month earlier and was withheld for OPSEC considerations. According to the report, the 6th Rangers closed with and destroyed a North Korean platoon, rendering 25 North Korean soldiers KIA. Although faces are blurred, bodies are shown, and therefore viewer discretion is advised.Per the report, a team of eight Rangers managed to get behind a 25-man North Korean force, inserting via armored vehicle. The Rangers then sprang an ambush on the North Koreans, and fought through despite the North Koreans calling artillery. One Ranger reportedly suffered a non-life-threatening shrapnel wound.
