United Nations vehicles hit by Russian FPV drones
On May 14, 2026, in the Korabelnyi district of Kherson, vehicles belonging to a United Nations humanitarian mission were struck twice by FPV drones during a pre-planned aid delivery operation. The convoy, operated by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, was delivering food, solar lamps, and other supplies to civilians in Ostriv, which is one of Kherson’s hardest-hit residential areas that had not received assistance for months.
