This short excerpt of security camera footage, dated 09 June 2025, shows a Hamas or similarly aligned militant approaching an IDF tank from behind. He places a charge of some type on the ground at the rear of the tank. It appears to be a fairly primitive affair, because the bomb's detonation seems to rely on good, old fashioned lit fuse, like something from a Wiley Coyote/Roadrunner cartoon.

While the crest in the top left belongs to Yamam, Israel's Border Police, the operators themselves are referred to as Mista'aravim, which is sort of like saying "the unit" or "spooks" in the US- a euphemism for soldiers whose identity is strictly confidential. Here, we see them using a variety of tools, from AT rockets to drones to ballistic shields to take out the target. While the camera doesn't focus on the target, and therefore we can't know whether he reached for a weapon, grenade, or the like, it certainly looks like one of the Mista'aravim confirms the kill with two rounds at the end of the footage.
