B24 bomber shot down by flak
Archival footage of a U.S. Army Air Forces B-24 Liberator being shot down while attacking targets on Palau in 1944. This action would have been part of the Marianas and Palau Islands campaign, which occurred from June to November 1944. One crew member managed to bail out and make it to the ground, but was executed while in Japanese activity.
