Hell Cannon mishap nearly sends insurgent to hell

In what appears to be archival footage from the Syrian Civil War shows two insurgents operating an improvised "Hell Cannon." The ammo bearer appears to lose his grip on the loading rope, sending the munition (a propane tank packed with explosives) rapidly down the barrel toward the firing pin.
