Massive assault smashed by Ukrainians in Donetsk
A massive Russian assault attempt in the vicinity of Stepanivka, Donetsk is shown being systematically destroyed by Ukrainian defenders. Vehicles are knocked out, and the Russians dismounting from the wreckage are then isolated and neutralized by further strikes.Russia does continue to make gains as they slowly push west. They are nearly all the way through Donetsk, but the cost of lives and equipment makes one wonder if it has been worth it, but that's a question for Russian mothers and widows to decide.
