Myanmar junta fires up rebels with motorcycle-mounted gun
This footage, provided from the perspective of the Myanmar/Burmese military junta, shows their troops using a motorcycle-mounted machine gun to fire at Arakan Army insurgents in the field downrange in Rakhine. While technicals and vehicle-mounted machine guns are pervasive in almost every conflict presently engaged, there's something anachronistic and unique about the bike-and-sidecar configuration here. It appears that the driver is also the gunner, while a sidecar rider to the left functions as an assistant to manage the ammo. Therefore, it seems fairly obvious that it's not meant to be fired while in motion. That would admittedly be pretty cool to see, however.
