Raqqa locals hunt down SDF remnants

This clip shows a mob- for lack of a better term- of civilians in Raqqa who are on the hunt for remaining Syrian Democratic Forces and/or pro-Kurd elements in the city, in the wake of the SDF being almost completely routed by government forces. The civilians are shown with what appears to be police riot gear, which was looted, liberated, or borrowed, depending on perspective. Although propaganda and bias is running rampant in the released footage of these events, it has been suggested that the remnant SDF troops have resorted to revenge killings post-defeat, prompting this urgent response. A man is shown lying in the street at the 0:48 mark, though context as to his condition and affiliation is unclear.
