Thai Army M113 crew at work in Chong Anma
This interesting 360 degree footage shows a Royal Thai Army M113 and its crew pushing forward in an armored assault of Chong Anma, Thailand. In the background, a VT-4 Main Battle Tank is shown with a damaged barrel. Another Thai-owned VT-4 experienced a catastrophic failure of its barrel during an assault in December 2025. While that one reportedly shattered, and this one does not appear to be as damaged, that they failed in similar conditions does not bode well for the Chinese-made MBT. For their part, the 1960s American-made M113 APCs keep on tickin', despite an appearance that seems fitting in an older war.
