Entire PMC Arsenals abandoned at Kabul Airport
A civilian contractor waiting for his emergency evacuation flight out of Kabul is shocked to find an entire team bay of abandoned weapons, ammo, equipment, and vehicles. While it is possible the equipment belonged to Afghan security personnel who dropped their kit and tried to escape the oncoming Taliban offensive, the uniformity of the shelves, well-maintained weapons, and plethora of swag stickers suggest this equipment belonged to some sort of Western-operated security firm who had no choice but the dump their equipment as their time came to evacuate. I wonder if the DOD will be compensating defense contractors for lost equipment...
