Hezbollah drone brought down by small arms fire

POV footage from a Hezbollah bomber drone captures the moment small arms fire disables the drone, causing it to crash down to the Earth. According to the source, this footage recorded somewhere near the Syria border, but no further context was released with the footage. This video was recorded in 2017, and is seeing widespread circulation today. On Twitter, and a few other social media platforms, this is being passed off as recently recorded footage related to the on-going conflict between Hezbollah and the Israeli Defense Force. In reality, this was recorded during the peak of the Syrian Civil War in 2017, and is some of the earlier drone footage from that conflict. It's easy to see drone related footage and think that it was recorded in the post Russo-Ukraine War, but the reality is that drones have been fielded on the battlefield as far back as 2012 and 2013 when the United States first started fielding the Switchblade systems in Afghanistan.
